"Hate is a dead thing. Who of you will be a tomb?"  Khalil Gibran

GOTCHAAA you tomb raider!

So you were REALLY expecting venom. Well, "life is short and incredibly beautiful . Too short, too beautiful to waste on anything but love..."

Interestingly that message came to me not from the yoga world but from someone who had seen more violence, death, torture, rape and infanticide than all of us reading this blog. Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional. Beauty is inevitable, noticing it is optional.

Now that you are here on this page,

I would like to share something I found simple yet so beautiful . Hug Dont Hate.  Go on spread the love.

And here is something to increase the peace...

(excuse typos as i have used the transliteration service)

Sarveshaam swastir bhavatu
Sarveshaam shantir bhavatu

Sarveshaam poornam bhavatu
Sarveshaam mangalam bhavatu

Sarve bhavantu sukhinah
Sarve santu niraamayaah

Sarve bhadraani pashyantu
Maakaschit duhkha bhaag bhavet

Meaning
May auspiciousness be unto all;
May peace be unto all;

May fullness be unto all;
May prosperity be unto all.

May all be happy;
May all be free from disabilities;
May all behold what is auspicious;
May none suffer from sorrow.

The shanti mantra is said to cool the mind and remove obstacles.
  Recite them when you start a task, when you feel agitated, when you feel disconnected with the world...when you feel a devils demented demonic daughter is out to get you

Smiles and light
